This Agreement constitutes a binding agreement between You and Ezkmul governing Your use of the App, including all features, services, and content provided through the App. If You do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, You must not download, install, or use the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to this Agreement shall constitute Your acceptance of the modified terms.

The App allows You to upload portrait photos, customize scarf parameters including style, material, color, size, and wearing method, and let AI intelligently fit your neck line and body ratio to generate realistic and natural wearing effects. It accurately restores the soft texture, drape, and matching atmosphere of scarves, allowing You to intuitively preview the fit of different style scarves on your body without offline try-on. With a simple and advanced interface, the App is easy to operate and understand, supporting one-click generation, high-definition saving, and quick sharing. Whether You are choosing daily scarves, matching outfits, or customizing exclusive styles, Ezkmul can efficiently present realistic try-on results, balancing sexy atmosphere and practicality, bringing You a convenient, personalized, and exquisite AI virtual try-on experience. We use only Ezkmul’s self-developed AI services and never use any third-party AI services, data processors, external tools, or third-party APIs . All AI technology powering the App is independently developed and maintained by the Company, ensuring complete control over data processing and privacy protection. We protect your privacy information, strictly do not collect any facial information or biometric data, and never send your data to any third-party services .
You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years of age or older . The App is strictly intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, You confirm that You meet this age requirement and that all interactions with the App will be responsible and appropriate. The Company does not knowingly allow Users under the age of 18 to download, install, or use the App. If the Company becomes aware that a User is under 18 years of age, the Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate that User’s access to the App immediately without prior notice, to ensure the protection of minors.
Ezkmul does not require You to create an account, register, or log in to use any of its features . This is a core part of our commitment to protecting Your privacy, allowing You to use the App completely anonymously without providing any personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, phone number, or date of birth). Your use of the App—including uploading portrait photos, customizing scarf parameters, generating try-on results, saving images, and sharing content—is entirely unlinked to Your real-world identity. The Company does not track Your usage habits, record Your browsing history within the App, or collect any device information that could identify You individually. All data processing is completed locally on Your device, and no personal information is ever collected, stored, or shared, ensuring Your anonymity and privacy are protected at all times.

The Company is committed to protecting Your privacy as a top priority, and all privacy commitments outlined in the Ezkmul Privacy Policy are incorporated herein by reference. We strictly do not collect any facial information, biometric data, or any other form of personally identifiable information from Your uploaded portrait photos, camera usage, or device. We use only Ezkmul’s self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services for data processing. We never send Your data, photos, generated try-on results, customized scarf parameters, or any information about Your use of the App to any third-party services .
All data processing is completed locally on Your device. Your uploaded portrait photos, generated try-on results, customized scarf parameters, saved images, and any other content You create or interact with are never collected, stored, or used by the Company for any purpose other than providing the AI virtual scarf try-on service. You have full, exclusive control over all content You upload or generate, and You can delete such content at any time directly from the App. The Company does not track Your usage habits, record Your browsing history within the App, or collect any device information (such as device model, IP address, operating system, or location) that could identify You individually. The App only requests necessary permissions (Photo Library, Camera, and Photo Library Add) when required for core features, and You may revoke these permissions at any time through Your device’s settings.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the self-developed AI technology, software code, design, logo, text, graphics, user interface, scarf customization parameters, and all other content provided through the App, are owned exclusively by the Company. You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit any of the Company’s intellectual property rights without the Company’s prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property rights constitutes a violation of this Agreement and may result in the Company taking action to protect its rights. Your use of the App grants You a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App’s features for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to use the App’s AI technology, content, or features for commercial purposes.
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. The Company reserves the right to limit the number of AI-generated try-on results, scarf customizations, or saves per User (if applicable), at its discretion, without prior notice. The App may be subject to temporary outages or interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances; the Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such outages or interruptions. The Company may update the App from time to time to enhance functionality, improve security, add new features, or update scarf customization options, and Your continued use of the App after such updates shall constitute Your acceptance of the updated App. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the App at its discretion, with prior notice to Users.
You retain full ownership of all portrait photos You upload to the App and all AI-generated try-on results and customized scarf parameters You create using the App. Since all content is stored exclusively locally on Your device, You have complete control over such content at all times. You may delete, save, or share Your content as You see fit, in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws. The Company does not claim any ownership rights to Your content, but You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Your content solely to provide the AI virtual scarf try-on service (e.g., processing Your portrait photo to generate a try-on result), which is immediately revoked once the service is provided and the content is deleted or saved to Your device. The Company never stores, shares, or uses Your content for any other purpose .
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if You violate any term of this Agreement, fail to meet the age requirement, or engage in any unauthorized or harmful use of the App. Termination may also occur if You engage in fraudulent activity, violate applicable laws, or fail to comply with the App’s content guidelines. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from Your device. Upon termination, all rights granted to You under this Agreement shall cease, and You shall no longer use the App or any of its features. Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve You of any liability arising from Your improper use of the App prior to termination. Any content You have saved locally on Your device will remain on Your device after termination, but You will no longer have access to the App’s features to manage or edit such content.
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects, or that the generated try-on results, scarf customizations, or other content will meet Your expectations. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from Your use of the App , including but not limited to damages resulting from content uploads, generated try-on results, or any unauthorized use of the App. You agree that You use the App at Your own risk. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any content generated through the App, and You are solely responsible for any use or sharing of such content. The Company also does not warrant that the App’s features will always be available or free of errors, and reserves the right to update or modify features at its discretion.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with prior notice to You. Such notice may be provided through the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any modifications shall constitute Your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If You do not agree to the modified terms, You must stop using the App and uninstall it from Your device.
